Everything is made from scratch in small batches using sourdough. Come early for the best selection — once it's gone, it's gone!

Knead More Dough was born out of a simple obsession — making the best sourdough bread in South Florida. We started with a single wild-yeast starter, a Dutch oven, and a deep belief that good bread takes time. Every loaf we bake is cold-fermented for flavor, hand-shaped for character, and baked hot for that crust you'll remember long after the last slice.
Our bagels are boiled the old-fashioned way — because that's the only way to get that chew. No shortcuts, no additives, no compromises. Just real sourdough, Made in fresh small batches right here in Jupiter, FL....
